Grisoft AVG free Installation Instructions

The three major steps are (1) Download, (2) Install (this page) and (3) Configure Instructions for (2) Install is shown on this page
Step 1: After download, launch the downloaded set-up file. This was part of the download instructions. Click Next
Step 2 (possible prompt, skip if you don't get it): Click Next
Step 3: Accept that this is for personal use by clicking the Accept button
Step 4: Accept the license by clicking the Accept button
Step 5: Choose Custom Installation and click Next
Step 6: Click Next on the license activation screen
Step 7: Confirm the destination folder (we recommend to leave the default)click Next
Step 8: Click Yes to the directory creation prompt.
Step 9: Deselect AVG Search-Shield (we had problems with web browser crashing)
then Deselect Additional installed languages unless needed
then Click Next
Step 10: Accept default E-mail Scanner Click Next
Step 11: Accept the Set-up Summary Click Finish
Step 11: When the installation completes you should see the Installation Complete screen Click OK
